I believe well-crafted stories are a powerful force in the world.

They can be illuminating, cathartic and empathetic. I love journeying with writers through these layers and I am most fulfilled when I participate in the development of this imaginative work.

I found my way to this space a few years ago when I was a little lost. In an effort to connect with myself and rekindle forgotten dreams, I joined a writers group. During the process of writing, I discovered my true strength in developmental editing and an ability to see a writer’s intention and help bring it to life in its most vibrant form.

I thrive on my consumption of psychology, culture, fiction and nonfiction. One of my hobbies is research and if I am curious to know something, I am not easily knocked off my quest. I bring this explorative mentality to every project, helping authors carry the weight of story development.

When not wrapped up in words, I can be found biking my way around Amsterdam, drinking a flat white or snuggling my two children. I strive to be a person who meditates often and who purchases fresh flowers beyond the occasion of dinner parties.
